The following causes are very important to me so we have set up these fundraisers to help out my fellow doggies. These designs are available on shirts and other gift items and all commissions earned go to each cause.

Find A Cure For IMHAI was diagnosed with Evans Syndrome in 2006. It is a combination of IMHA/AIHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia/Auto-Immune Hemolytic Anemia) and IMT/ITP (Immune Mediated Thrombocytopenia/Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura). I was hospitalized for over a week and received numerous blood transfusions and a cocktail of immunosuppressants to save my life. I was weaned off the medications due to complications such as Cushings Disease but after a few months off the drugs, I relapsed again so I am currently back on medication. I continue to fight this disease everyday. There is no cure for this disease so please help support the fight for a cure. Meisha's Hope Fund and Morris Animal Foundation has teamed up to find a cure for IMHA with Autoimmune/Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia Fund #338. Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia is a serious blood disorder and scientists estimate over 50% of dogs diagnosed with it will die from the condition. Affected dogs show signs of weakness, lethargy, exercise intolerance and anorexia. This deadly blood disorder occurs when something triggers the dog's body to attack its own red blood cells. Despite aggressive immunosuppressive therapy, this disease has a very high mortality rate. Many dogs die shortly after diagnosis, so an effective early treatment is critical. All commissions earned from this design will go to the Meisha's Hope AIHA/IMHA Fund #338 at Morris Animal Foundation.

American Eskimo Dog RescueEveryday, people are working together to rescue Eskies and to help them find their forever homes. Show your support for these wonderful people and organizations. All commissions earned from this cartoon American Eskimo dog design will go to Eskie Rescue.

Opt To AdoptMommie adopted me in 2005 and she always says it is the best thing ever. Loving dogs are waiting in shelters around the country to be adopted. Opt to adopt and make a loving forever home for these poor dogs. All commissions earned from this design will go to local animal shelters.

Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas everyone! I can't wait to open my presents. I have been a good boy and just sniff them everyday without opening not a one. So tonight is finally the night that I can open them all. Wheee!!!

We went to a Christmas party on the weekend. It was so much fun. I wore my new ribbons that Hana gave me and everyone said I looked cute in them. I got lots of pats and belly rubs plus some new treats and a carrot! I wonder what yummy stuff I'll get tonight.

Updated:
We started the festivities checking out houses with lighted displays. We rode around and found this fun place. We just had to get a picture.

We also saw these reindeer grazing. They moved around a lot. I was fascinated so it took a while before they got me to face in the direction of the camera.

Then it was time for my Christmas dinner. Wow! I even have a fancy water cup.

This stuff is sure to be yummy. Slurp!!!

Finally it was time for prezzies!

My doctor said I had really bad tartar and told Mommie to buy me a sterile bone with some meat stuff hanging on it. This makes a great gift! Doctor's orders. Teehee!

What great gifts! I got peanut butter cookies, a cat cookie, a blue bear stuffie, a huge bone, a ribbon necklace, a new blankie, a hawaiian lei and a new poncho. Plus I got a cute stocking.

What great ponchos! Jasper got one too in reverse colors. The front even has bells on it.

The back of the poncho has snowflakes!

My new blankie is so soft and festive. I love it!!! Cappy's Mommie is so talented.

Great News!

Oh boy! Yesterday's blood test shows my PCV is at 50%. Wow! That is the highest I have every gotten. And my platelets are at 324K. Hooray! My doc said that my liver and blood glucose are normal and there is no sign of infection in my bladder. Wheee! It makes it worth it getting poked in my chest and belly yesterday for the blood draw and pee draw. I was bummed knowing I was gonna get poked so I had my sad face on the night before and during the drive over to the hospital. But after it was over, I was back to my smiling self and kept smiling at Mommie as she drove me home. It was good to have the poking over with. Teehee! I played and played when I got home.

And while we were there, the doc told Mommie my teeth had some tartar so she should get me those sterilized bones with a little meat on it. Knucklebones or something. Ooooh! That would make a great stocking stuffer. I can't wait to chew on that.

Thanks again to everyone. I owe it all to you guys for praying for me and supporting me through this. You guys are the best!
