The following causes are very important to me so we have set up these fundraisers to help out my fellow doggies. These designs are available on shirts and other gift items and all commissions earned go to each cause.

Find A Cure For IMHAI was diagnosed with Evans Syndrome in 2006. It is a combination of IMHA/AIHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia/Auto-Immune Hemolytic Anemia) and IMT/ITP (Immune Mediated Thrombocytopenia/Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura). I was hospitalized for over a week and received numerous blood transfusions and a cocktail of immunosuppressants to save my life. I was weaned off the medications due to complications such as Cushings Disease but after a few months off the drugs, I relapsed again so I am currently back on medication. I continue to fight this disease everyday. There is no cure for this disease so please help support the fight for a cure. Meisha's Hope Fund and Morris Animal Foundation has teamed up to find a cure for IMHA with Autoimmune/Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia Fund #338. Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia is a serious blood disorder and scientists estimate over 50% of dogs diagnosed with it will die from the condition. Affected dogs show signs of weakness, lethargy, exercise intolerance and anorexia. This deadly blood disorder occurs when something triggers the dog's body to attack its own red blood cells. Despite aggressive immunosuppressive therapy, this disease has a very high mortality rate. Many dogs die shortly after diagnosis, so an effective early treatment is critical. All commissions earned from this design will go to the Meisha's Hope AIHA/IMHA Fund #338 at Morris Animal Foundation.

American Eskimo Dog RescueEveryday, people are working together to rescue Eskies and to help them find their forever homes. Show your support for these wonderful people and organizations. All commissions earned from this cartoon American Eskimo dog design will go to Eskie Rescue.

Opt To AdoptMommie adopted me in 2005 and she always says it is the best thing ever. Loving dogs are waiting in shelters around the country to be adopted. Opt to adopt and make a loving forever home for these poor dogs. All commissions earned from this design will go to local animal shelters.

Christmas Loot

Thanks everybody for all the wonderful gifts and cards. I had a great time opening everything. The treats were all delicious and the toys were all fun to play with. Jasmine sent me this turtle stuffie and a platypus stuffie.

Grandma got me a duckie stuffie/puppet that quacks three different songs. It plays a note everytime I shake it or bite it.

Mommie got me treats and so did Siku. Auntie Kari and Uncle Steve sent me apple and oatmeal treats plus some stuff to help Mommie pick up my fur.

And I got lots of beautiful Christmas cards. Thanks again everybody. Hope you all had a great Christmas!!!

It's Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas everybody! I can't wait to open prezzies. I've been eyeing them and smelling them as soon as they arrive. Lots to be thankful for this year. And my latest blood tests show 46% PCV and 312k platelets. Hooray! Doc said all my numbers are in the normal range and all my liver, kidney, etc stuff is looking good. I am more thirsty and hungry and have to keep peeing the past couple of months so Mommie is a little worried. I am needing my peepads again but doc said all looks well physically and that it may be psychogenic. That maybe all these years of being ill has taken its toll. Well, Mommie is going to make things all better. I just know it. Today, she took me for my Christmas pictorial. We found great holidays decorations downtown. And tonight will be the night to open all my goodies. Wheee!!!

This Christmas tree is HUGE. We could never fit this one at home. I feel so tiny beside it. Now if only all these gifts were real...

They even had this gingerbread house on display. It is really made of gingerbread. I know, I took a bite. Hehe!

The house has a mailbox where kids can send letters to Santa. That's so cool!

Inside the house there are little chairs and tables where kids can draw on paper with crayons.

There is even this cute little fireplace inside. It's really cozy in here.

On the windows of the house, there are bunches on poinsettas. I think it's really pretty.

On either side of the gingerbread house, there are trees full of little gingerbread boys and girls. They smell really good.

Wow! What a fancy living room. I want to live here!

This decorated window makes for a nice picture frame.

Best of all Mommie let me open one present early. Dogswell Biscuit with Benefits! Yummmm. They were giving these away and so Mommie signed up for some. It's super good and just the right size for me. I am so excited about the rest of my gifts but Mommie is making me take a nap so I will have energy later on to open them. So for now I will be dreaming.
