The following causes are very important to me so we have set up these fundraisers to help out my fellow doggies. These designs are available on shirts and other gift items and all commissions earned go to each cause.

Find A Cure For IMHAI was diagnosed with Evans Syndrome in 2006. It is a combination of IMHA/AIHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia/Auto-Immune Hemolytic Anemia) and IMT/ITP (Immune Mediated Thrombocytopenia/Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura). I was hospitalized for over a week and received numerous blood transfusions and a cocktail of immunosuppressants to save my life. I was weaned off the medications due to complications such as Cushings Disease but after a few months off the drugs, I relapsed again so I am currently back on medication. I continue to fight this disease everyday. There is no cure for this disease so please help support the fight for a cure. Meisha's Hope Fund and Morris Animal Foundation has teamed up to find a cure for IMHA with Autoimmune/Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia Fund #338. Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia is a serious blood disorder and scientists estimate over 50% of dogs diagnosed with it will die from the condition. Affected dogs show signs of weakness, lethargy, exercise intolerance and anorexia. This deadly blood disorder occurs when something triggers the dog's body to attack its own red blood cells. Despite aggressive immunosuppressive therapy, this disease has a very high mortality rate. Many dogs die shortly after diagnosis, so an effective early treatment is critical. All commissions earned from this design will go to the Meisha's Hope AIHA/IMHA Fund #338 at Morris Animal Foundation.

American Eskimo Dog RescueEveryday, people are working together to rescue Eskies and to help them find their forever homes. Show your support for these wonderful people and organizations. All commissions earned from this cartoon American Eskimo dog design will go to Eskie Rescue.

Opt To AdoptMommie adopted me in 2005 and she always says it is the best thing ever. Loving dogs are waiting in shelters around the country to be adopted. Opt to adopt and make a loving forever home for these poor dogs. All commissions earned from this design will go to local animal shelters.

Casper The Tour Guide

My Uncle and his family came to visit on the weekend. We took them to San Francisco to see the sights on Saturday. Mom said I could go coz I got good numbers for my blood test last week. An all time high of 47 for my PCV. Woohoo! My platelets are still low though 53k but I would be sitting in the car for most of the time so she figured it would be ok after all I was on house arrest for so long. It was mostly a driving tour coz my two-legger cousin is only two years old so he can't walk too far. And I can't go walking either. So we drove around to show them all the nice landmarks. I sat in the back with my cousin but whenever the car stopped I would get on Mommie's lap so that I could peek through the window and see everything. There were loads of people everywhere. We stopped at the best attractions to take some pictures. I got to ride in cousin Bren's stroller to get from the car to the picture spots. It was fun riding the stroller and he liked pushing me in it. But it would have been nice to be able to walk around and sniff everything. Mommie said when I get all better, I will be able to do so. But for now, it is the stroller for me. At first Mom carried me and Uncle carried Bren but apparently they are both out of shape and were huffing and puffing after carrying us for just a short distance. Haha! When we got back to the car, I went and tried out the kiddie car seat. Wonder why my cousin needs that. There isn't much room there. So I went to lie down on the regular seat. We ate dinner and the people at the restaurant gave me lots of pats as I was wheeled over to our table. I did get to walk a bit though coz I had to go to the bathroom really bad. I pawed Mommie and gave her my urgent look so that she would know that I needed to go asap. Good thing I was able to hold it until we turned the corner so there were no witnesses.

This is the Crooked Street. I was too short to make it on the picture.

Here is a shot of the Golden Gate Bridge from the car.

Me in my cousin's stroller. When we got home, I got to ride the choo choo train that Mommie got for Bren's birthday. It makes all sorts of sounds and lights up. It also blows bubbles and I got to catch them. Yummm!!! Mom put my barbeque flavored bubble water in it. It was so much fun!!! We have another blood test on Thursday so after my SF outing, I was back to being stuck at home. Dang!

Hi Casper! So glad you went on a big outing, and to San Francisco too! Like Ronak le Pup, I didn't know BBQ flavored bubbles existed. You sure got some cute pics in the stroller and on the choo choo train. You should turn the pic of you on the choo choo train into a bookmark! My mom says that you weigh nothing compared to me. I must be twice as heavy as you. Mommy really huffs and puffs when she carries me. Daddy had to carry me during a walk the other day because I was so tired. Maybe I am getting fat. :-(

So glad your PVCs are up!

Hi Casper! I remember the crooked street (Lombard St?) from the movie -What's Up Doc?-. And when my mom was in San Fran it was too foggy to see anything but the legs of the Golden Gate. Maybe your mom should get you a stroller because you sure are cute in it! And as far as our parents huffing and puffing when they cary us...I think its because of all the extra fur we have that we haven't shed yet! So don't worry Hana, I'm sure your weight is fine!

You can buy the edible bubbles at Petsmart. They have bbq and peanut butter flavors. Yummm! Mom says the usual bubble water that is available is not safe for doggies coz it is made of soap.

She is thinking of getting me a pet stroller but so far she has not seen one that is small enough. The ones on ebay look real bulky and the ones in the pet stores are real expensive.

Maybe your mommy can buy you a used human stroller and just use a doggie harness to strap you in so you don't fall out.
