Weekend Activities
I have been having a blast on the weekends. I have been doing so well that Mommie is letting me out more. I get to come along whenever they eat out at restaurants. I always get my own seat and I get lots of pats from the other patrons and they say I am so well-behaved. They always ask what kind of doggie I am. Most think I am a mini Samoyed or a giant Pomeranian. Teehee! There are a few that can tell I am an American Eskimo. But for some reason people think I am a girl. I don't think I look like a girl doggie.
I got to go to the different city downtowns. They are all so different but a lot of them have outdoor seating. So that is cool! The other weekend, we ate near a lake and I got to watch ducks swim by me. Some people on a boat that passed by even waved to me. Maybe next time I can also ride the boat.
Yesterday we went to Campbell and checked out the BBQ festival. There was lots of music and some people were dancing in the street. They had lots of picnic tables set up so there was lots of places to sit and eat. I sat in my chair and watched the people walking by. Some came over to say hi to me. After that we went to San Jose to check out the Bastille Day celebration. They had a circus tent set up with acrobatic displays. There were tons of people. We only went into a couple of shops before going home coz I was tired.
Today and for the rest of the week Mommie is making me rest so I can be in top shape to attend Abby the Eskie's barkday pawty. I can't wait!

Caspey, it's so wonderful to hear that you're doing well. You are always in our thoughts and prayers. And I think it's so great that your Mommie takes you out on adventures... must be so exciting. Thanks for sharing about your recent excursions. I saw duckies once before and I loved them!! Maybe a little too much because they sounded exactly like my ducky toy! :) Tell your mom hi from my big sis.
