The following causes are very important to me so we have set up these fundraisers to help out my fellow doggies. These designs are available on shirts and other gift items and all commissions earned go to each cause.

Find A Cure For IMHAI was diagnosed with Evans Syndrome in 2006. It is a combination of IMHA/AIHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia/Auto-Immune Hemolytic Anemia) and IMT/ITP (Immune Mediated Thrombocytopenia/Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura). I was hospitalized for over a week and received numerous blood transfusions and a cocktail of immunosuppressants to save my life. I was weaned off the medications due to complications such as Cushings Disease but after a few months off the drugs, I relapsed again so I am currently back on medication. I continue to fight this disease everyday. There is no cure for this disease so please help support the fight for a cure. Meisha's Hope Fund and Morris Animal Foundation has teamed up to find a cure for IMHA with Autoimmune/Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia Fund #338. Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia is a serious blood disorder and scientists estimate over 50% of dogs diagnosed with it will die from the condition. Affected dogs show signs of weakness, lethargy, exercise intolerance and anorexia. This deadly blood disorder occurs when something triggers the dog's body to attack its own red blood cells. Despite aggressive immunosuppressive therapy, this disease has a very high mortality rate. Many dogs die shortly after diagnosis, so an effective early treatment is critical. All commissions earned from this design will go to the Meisha's Hope AIHA/IMHA Fund #338 at Morris Animal Foundation.

American Eskimo Dog RescueEveryday, people are working together to rescue Eskies and to help them find their forever homes. Show your support for these wonderful people and organizations. All commissions earned from this cartoon American Eskimo dog design will go to Eskie Rescue.

Opt To AdoptMommie adopted me in 2005 and she always says it is the best thing ever. Loving dogs are waiting in shelters around the country to be adopted. Opt to adopt and make a loving forever home for these poor dogs. All commissions earned from this design will go to local animal shelters.

Vacation Over

We got back a few days ago. Vacation is over. Sniff! But it was fun while it lasted. I got up enough courage to sniff my baby cousin. While he had his back to me of course so that he could not grab my fur. I do miss visiting with the fishies in the pond and birds in their cages. Uncle even put together an aquarium. I was all excited and kept jumping up to see the fishies but he said it would take a few days for all the chemicals and pump to be ready before he could add fishies. I also had tons of fun playing with the baby toys. My fave was a plastic ball that was hanging. Here is a video.

The things I will not miss are the screen door and the smoke alarm. I had two instances when I ran right smack into the screen door. It was like an invisible barrier that just stopped me in my tracks and pushed me away from the house. How evil! Now I paw the doorway first to check if the screen is there before I go through. And the smoke alarm kept beeping because the battery was low. But they could not tell which one was making the noise coz it did not beep consistently. Everytime I heard it, I would try to get away. I tried running to Grandma's room, running out to the yard, hiding under the desk and even jumping into Mommie's suitcase to show her that it was time to pack up and leave.

The day we left was quite sad. My cousin Brenny was crying and crying because he did not want us to go. He kept hugging me and telling me he would miss me and that he loved me. Mommie told him that we could always visit each other but that did not console him. He said he wanted us to live with him. Poor cousin!

On the day we left also, Mommie was loading the car with our stuff and the car door slammed shut on her head. Grandma gave her an ice pack to put on the bump. I sniffed her head too to see if all was well and then proceeded to eat the ice from her ice pack. Yumm!

It is good to be home but that also means Mommie is going back to work. Sigh! I wish Mommie did not have to go to work.

Casper, I'm sorry your vacation came to an end. But, you have the Eskie Meet to look forward too, and you and your cousin Brenny can still see each other.

Your video is just too cute!!! I would guess that you have more fun playing with the toy than your little cousin does. Maybe your Mom should get you one!

That is one neat ball toy and you seem to have figured out how to toss it around :)

The door slammed on her head?!?! OUCH!!!! Did she get mad at the door or sort of laugh it off?

Casper

Please keep adding videos of you playing. It reminds me of my Crosby and Carter. I had multiple Eskie Syndrome. They had to go live with another family cause they made my human son sick. I miss them so much. Can I adopt you as my other Eskie friend?

Casper, our humans had a good laugh watching you play with the hanging ball. Hana is right, its looks like you enjoyed it more than your baby cousin does. Maybe toy manufacturers should hire you to test their products hihihi.

Casper, that ball thing looks like too much fun! You know you had a wonderful vacation when everyone is sad on the last day! Don't worry, though, everyone will get together again very soon. I am sorry your mom got whacked, just the thought brought tears to my eyes.
