'Tis The Season
The other day, we went to the tree farm to pick up a tree for this year. Oh boy! My first real Christmas tree! The tree farm was fun. It even had this inflatable giant reindeer.
I even got to choose the tree. It was a bit confusing at first because I wanted to pee on the trees to stake my claim but Mommie said I shouldn't. So I went in front of them and let her know what I thought of them. Hehe!
Once I found my perfect tree, the man there cleaned out the bottom part.
Soon it was loaded up in the car and we were ready to go!
Here I am with my decorated tree. It is sooooo pretty!!! I love it! It is really tall so I had to sit on a table to get a picture with the top part. Teehee!
I finally have a tree to hang my Christmas ornament that Mommie made two years ago.
The treetop star we got was too small for the tree so we used an old metal Christmas tree with bells as our tree top. I think it came out looking really nice.
And last night, we went to see Bolt the movie. It was great but I fell asleep after a while. The first picture was when we went to the drive thru place to get dinner. It was a big letdown though coz I did not get any of the food. All they ordered for me was water. Pooh! But at least I got to go watch the movie. The last two pictures were of me watching Bolt before I fell asleep.

Tree shopping looks like a lot of fun. I'm not sure I would have been able to resist "watering" all the trees though.

Yup it was a drive-in movie. We saw the Mummy a few months ago at a drive-in also. I slept for most of that movie, too. Hahaha!!!
Those are great pics of you searching for your perfect Christmas tree. Good job, Casper! I think the tree attendents were glad you did not stake your claim with pee. Sitting and smiling did the trick :-)
I want to see a drive-in movie.... I wish there was a drive-in theater near my house.
Hi Casper - Your tree looks lovely. I hope I get to help pick the tree this year - after all, I'm an expert on trees. Thanks for giving my Mom the idea.
I don't go to drive-in movies, but last week, I went to the San Jose Airport to pick up my Dad. Mom put me in the doggie stroller and put a light blanket over the top and wheeled me right into the terminal. People had to look closely to see that an Eskie was in there. I "blew my cover" and started barking a greeting when I heard my Dad's voice.

Great job picking out the perfect tree. It looks so beautiful all decorated and glowing. Your ornament adds a very special sparkle. I can't wait until we go shopping for our tree--but we don't decorate until Christmas Eve :-(
good choice, casper! we only have fake christmas trees here in the philippines. the secretary bought a very small one ( yes, she's cheapskate) and decorated it with stuffies. maybe we will post a picture of it before christmas.
