The following causes are very important to me so we have set up these fundraisers to help out my fellow doggies. These designs are available on shirts and other gift items and all commissions earned go to each cause.

Find A Cure For IMHAI was diagnosed with Evans Syndrome in 2006. It is a combination of IMHA/AIHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia/Auto-Immune Hemolytic Anemia) and IMT/ITP (Immune Mediated Thrombocytopenia/Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura). I was hospitalized for over a week and received numerous blood transfusions and a cocktail of immunosuppressants to save my life. I was weaned off the medications due to complications such as Cushings Disease but after a few months off the drugs, I relapsed again so I am currently back on medication. I continue to fight this disease everyday. There is no cure for this disease so please help support the fight for a cure. Meisha's Hope Fund and Morris Animal Foundation has teamed up to find a cure for IMHA with Autoimmune/Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia Fund #338. Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia is a serious blood disorder and scientists estimate over 50% of dogs diagnosed with it will die from the condition. Affected dogs show signs of weakness, lethargy, exercise intolerance and anorexia. This deadly blood disorder occurs when something triggers the dog's body to attack its own red blood cells. Despite aggressive immunosuppressive therapy, this disease has a very high mortality rate. Many dogs die shortly after diagnosis, so an effective early treatment is critical. All commissions earned from this design will go to the Meisha's Hope AIHA/IMHA Fund #338 at Morris Animal Foundation.

American Eskimo Dog RescueEveryday, people are working together to rescue Eskies and to help them find their forever homes. Show your support for these wonderful people and organizations. All commissions earned from this cartoon American Eskimo dog design will go to Eskie Rescue.

Opt To AdoptMommie adopted me in 2005 and she always says it is the best thing ever. Loving dogs are waiting in shelters around the country to be adopted. Opt to adopt and make a loving forever home for these poor dogs. All commissions earned from this design will go to local animal shelters.

Happy 4th Of July!

Hi everybody! Happy July 4th! I am also celebrating my latest blood test results. 46 PCV and 268k platelets. Woohoo! The doc said I am doing great and I am to go back to see her in two months. Since I got such good results, Mommie and her pals took me on a trip. We drove down the coast. It was so pretty.

We stopped to spend some time at the beach. I loved watching the kids. Wonder how they are able to play in that cold water.

Also on this trip, I succeeded in my quest to find just the right bench. We found a bunch of them until I finally saw this one that was just the right size. You can click on the picture to make it bigger.

This is the best garden ever. It has this awesome flower bed. And it has a window with a waterfall so it looks like it is raining. It's like a outdoor bedroom complete with a side table, alarm clock and set of drawers.

There is even a chair near the bed. And everything is covered with flowers. Click on the thumbnail for a better look!

Here I am in a cactus garden. I feel so tall on my perch.

They have HUGE cacti here!

I made a wish at this wishing well. I hope it comes true.

I really liked this little house.

I even tried to figure out how it worked. The wheel kept turning and there was water flowing through. Neat-o!

There were other houses there too and they were covered with flowers.

Another thing I like about being out and about is getting to dine out. I get to sit at the table like the humans. Teehee! People at other tables smile at me and at dinner a bunch of kids came over to give me pats and talk to me. Sometimes, I sleep on my seat so Mommie thinks no one can see me but somehow they still do and come to say hello.

This one place we ate at even had this outdoor fireplace. So cool! The floor is curved so it looks like I am floating.

This is the cutest carwash I've ever seen!

While we were driving along the coast, we saw these elephant seals. They were sunbathing and did not move much.

But we were able to get this video of one of them moving.

We also stopped by a winery on the way home. It looks like a castle! There were tons of people there.

This castle even has a moat!

And tons of American Flags. So apt for July 4th!

There was a wedding so no one was allowed to go in through the front door. A lady from the winery showed us an alternative entrace to get to the tasting room. I got lots of pats from the people there while they were tasting stuff. Mommie does not drink wine so she just walked around the room with me.

I also posed by some of the grapevines. Mommie did not want me to sit too close coz there were lots of foxtails there. She said those were dangerous plants so I should not go near them.

On the ride home, I was so sleepy but I could not help smiling coz I was so happy to go on such a great trip.

Here are a few pics of me with another Eskie doll that Mommie made.

Wow, Casper! Another great dogventure! You will have to tell us which cities all these neat places are at. My Mom wants to take me there! By the way, that bench is the perfect size for you. Did your Mom buy it and take it home for you :-) Love the garden pics.
