Rain, Rain Go Away
It keeps on raining and raining here. And whenever I go out to pee in the terrace, I squint my eyes coz the rain hits my face. I hesitate to proceed to my pee spot but Mom tells me not to hesistate and just go for it. She put up a plastic tablecloth to act as a roof for me so at least I am not getting wet while I pee but there is no way to tie it so that it can reach the door. So between the door and my roof, I get wet. She says if I run quickly to the roof, I won't get too wet.
Daddy has stopped taking me on our daily walks coz of all the rain. Sniff! So today they took me to Macy's so that at least I could walk around inside. The problem is I can't pee in the store so when I felt the urge, we had to hurry to get outside. I let Mommie know it was urgent so we rushed to the nearest exit. A lady saw us approaching the door and got down on her knees. I think she thought I was hurrying to meet her. She stretched her arms out to embrace me but I went around her and out the door to the nearest bush to pee. Sorry, nice lady. I did not mean to snub you. I really had to go coz I could not hold it in anymore. If I see you next time, I will make sure to say hello.

Oh, Casper...I wish the rain would go away too. How cool that your Mommie set up a roof for you to go pottie outside.:) I bet you had fun at Macy's.:)

Your Mommy and Daddy love you so much, they would do anything for you! Even give you your very own Potty Roof! :-)
An anti-rain potty spot! They sure love you in your house. Sadie doesn't mind the rain so much. Unless it's a really hard, driving rain, she still gets her walk, just a shorter one, and she's wagging her tail all the way. But she has super-, super-thick fur so the rain never actually penetrates to her skin except of course on her face and she seems to think that a good walk is worth some rain in her eyes. Hope it dries up soon for you. We always check to see if there's a new Casper posting; they're such fun!!!

Jasmine is right, your mommie and daddy do love you A LOT! I hope the rain stops and the sun comes out so that you can enjoy the Spring flowers.
Hi Casper, we feel your pain. Mom said that retractable awnings in the back of the house would solve the out-door potty problem when it rains.
(Dad isn't sold on the idea.)
In the meantime, she uses a big golf umbrella to cover us when we go out.
